Privacy Policy

1. General Information

Your privacy is very important to Dirkx Premium Photography (“DPP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We have established and implemented information and data handling practices for our web site available at http://www.yourlocalphotographyguide.com (the “Web Site”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes the practices that apply to our Web Site like the types of personal information we collect about the visitors of our Web Site, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices available to the visitors of our Web Site regarding our use of the information.

2. How We Process Data

2.1 Using the services on the Web Site without registration

Certain areas of the Web Site are accessible to you without the requirement of any information from you about who you are or any entry of personal information. 3. How We Publish Information in Your Profile

DPP is a platform characterized by the exchange of user information. All information and Personal Data provided by you about yourself, your pictures, information about tours, your comments, or reviews, will be published on our Web Site and thus accessible on the Internet, unless the contrary is mentioned explicitly in the Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Data

Your Session Data and Personal Data may be shared by us if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so in order to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, in case of judicial proceedings, request by competent courts and authorities or other legal obligation, to protect or to defend our rights and property.

5. How We Transfer Data

No Personal Data will be transferred to third parties, unless you have provided your consent or this occurs for some other reason pursuant to this Policy.

6. DPP Newsletter & Personal Notifications

Occasionally we will send you an e-mail informing you about current themes and other general news at DPP (the “Newsletter”). You may stop the future dispatch of these Newsletters at any time by clicking on the corresponding link at the end of the e-mail.

7. How We Use Cookies

In addition to processing Session Data, we may place cookies, which are sometimes temporarily saved in the random access memory on your computer or your mobile device or sometimes permanent cookies, which are saved onto your hard drive. Cookies are small computer files that websites send to your computer or other internet-connected device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings in your browser. 10. How We Protect Data

We maintain technical and organizational security procedures to maintain the security of your Session Data and Personal Data and to safeguard your Session Data and Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and/or against accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or access. Our security procedures include contractual terms with any Service Providers to ensure that they protect the security and confidentiality of your Session Data and Personal Data in accordance with our standards. 11. How Long We Retain Data

You have a right to know about the Personal Data that has been saved about you and a right to have data blocked from disclosure, deleted or corrected. If any proposed change is unacceptable to you, you may request to that we remove your Session Data and Personal Data from our records.
